“Who Moved The Ends?”
Ever ask yourself that question? I had a small plaque on my desk years ago that had the saying: “Just when you think you can make ends meet, someone moves the ends.”
Running a small business is no easy task. It comes with challenges that larger organizations simply don’t have. Everyone in your business must, by necessity, wear lots of hats. And many times, you’re it.
Every business owner and executive must have the equivalent to a Bachelors Degree in Business. Equivalent doesn’t mean college degree. That knowledge can be acquired in any number of ways. But it’s a must have.

Experience is the Key
Having a background and experience in a variety of jobs and positions gives me the unique ability to assist the small business owner, executive or manager with a vast array of functions.
So who did move the ends. Perhaps it was you. Or maybe the business environment changed without you seeing it. Or maybe you can’t see the forest for the trees. We’ve all been there.
An hour of your time is all it takes to sit and talk about you, your business and both short and long-term plans. Maybe I can help and maybe I can’t. You’ll never know.
